Nathaniel “Nate” Gutierrez is the Business Manager/ Financial Secretary of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 111 in Denver, CO. The largest IBEW Local union in the state of Colorado. Representing approximately 4400 members across the state and even into Wyoming. Local 111 represents men and women in the jurisdictions of Utilities, Construction (Inside and Outside), Broadcasting, and many other scopes of electrical work. A proud 22-year member of Local 111, a Journeyman Lineman by trade, Nate has traveled the country building high voltage power lines. From the east coast to the west and even Hawaii, Nate brings hands on and real-world experience of the intricacies and difficulties of building transmission lines through Colorado. Knowing the importance of a reliable electrical grid, the vital part these power lines will play in the future of the state of Colorado, the necessity and timeliness to meet mandated deadlines, Nate along with the IBEW are excited to get to work on this much needed and critical infrastructure for the state of Colorado.
